Let me tell you something about us....

My wife of 39 years, Shari, and I are Oshkosh natives.  We have 3 lovely children and 3 delightful grandsons.  We, and our college-age daughter, Tessa, also share our home with my developmentally disabled brother Rob.  Having raised 3 successful children, and honoring our commitment to make Rob’s life the best it can be, has been a big part of our experience in learning how to listen, be patient, meet and care for the needs of others.  

We are both graduates of UW-Oshkosh. I have worked for large national and local companies, and we have owned our own business.  Most recently, I was property director for Clarity Care Inc.  I managed their property in 5 counties, consisting of about 135 buildings of both apartments and homes.  This was formerly known as R.C.D.D. a non-profit corporation providing homes and community support for elderly and developmentally disabled persons, and founded by my parents, Eunice and Gene Englund.  We also own and manage 14 apartments of our own in the Oshkosh area.

I have studied hard to earn my Realtor’s license.  I also completed the Real Estate Broker classes, and have earned CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designations.  I have attained my SRES designation. The Seniors Real Estate Specialist classes have qualified me to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing adults.  I am a full time real estate professional and dedicate all my working hours to the real estate needs of my clients and customers.

Our community and Church involvement include YMCA Youth Basketball, Kiwanis, North High School Booster Club, RCDD Charity Golf fundraising event director, The ARC fund raising, Lutheran Social Services committee for planning day program for elderly/disabled, Church Council & Parish Relations.  I also teach a Sunday morning class for special needs adults.  Shari is active on the Worship & Music committee, Christian Education, Altar Guild, and the Senior Choir. She is also works for the Oshkosh Area School District as a paraprofessional. Our daughter, Tessa, once active in Varsity sports and NOTA 4-H Club, showing a horse in the English riding style of Dressage, now mentors 4-H youth in their dreams to show horses!  She works for the Oshkosh Recreation Department teaching youth to play baseball in the Junior Diamond program.  Rob is a participant in the VSA choir, Special Olympics, attends Our Savior’s, works mornings with ADVOCAP and loves trains, comedians, dogs & his family!
